A term of 5 years from 20 July 2019 at a passing rent of £50,000 +VAT per annum
A term from 14 June 2021 and expiring on 19 July 2024 at a passing rent of £12,000 +VAT per annum
The lease is currently being re-negotiated with the tenant taking on more land. The matter is yet to complete, however there is an agreed set of Heads of Terms within the Information Pack.
